Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and rescheduling must be done 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment.
Each appointment can be rescheduled once using the same deposit. After rescheduling an appointment once new deposit will be required to book again.
Deposits are non-refundable and do go toward final service cost.
Appointments that are no showed and appointments canceled within the 24 hour period will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of that service cost.
Being on time is key to a smooth service, if running late please let me know. There is a 15 minute grace period to any appointment but once 15 minutes have passed the appointment will be canceled.

Please avoid bringing extra guests
Come in with clean lashes and no face makeup (1 free lash bath per client, if another lash bath is needed results in $10 lash bath fee)
I do not accept foreign refills (Work from another stylist/ studios)
